Emmy Award Winning Anchor, Candice Kelly Announced as Master of Ceremonies for Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center Annual Gala


Wilkes- Barre, PA – January 21, 2020 – Three-time Emmy Award Winning WBRE WYOU Eyewitness News Anchor, Candice Kelly has been announced as the Master of Ceremonies for the 6th Annual Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center Gala. 


The Moonlight Masquerade Gala will be held at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Saturday, April 25thfrom 6:00PM to 11:00PM. The evening will include, dinner, entertainment, and a silent auction to benefit the children of Luzerne County. 


The Gala is held each year to raise money for the Advocacy Center’s free medical exams, forensic interviews and family advocacy services. In 2019 the center served over 500 children who were abused. Since its inception, the Advocacy Center has assisted more than 3,000 children and families in Luzerne County. 


Our need for community support is greater than ever. We are currently in need of partners and sponsors for this event. We have numerous opportunities available.
